Giovanna Mansi | Tastings SoFlo Team

As a Marketing, Public Relations and Events Specialist, Mrs Mansi brings more than a decade of experience to Tastings SoFlo.

She has gained valuable expertise working in a number of different industries including luxury hospitality, fashion and publishing.

In 1999 she began her studies at École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. A Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management seemed the perfect fit to combine her passion for food, service and traveling.

Upon graduation she started working in New York for the renowned French Chef François Payard. She then continued her career by moving to France, Brazil, Italy and Lebanon.

With exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, style, creativity and a commitment to excellence, Giovanna designs and executes events that exceed her clients’ expectations.

Her extensive travels and multicultural background are winning assets when it comes to bring unique ideas and flavors to Tastings SoFlo.

Giovanna loves to travel, to entertain and to cook for her friends at home, to watch movies and absolutely enjoys outdoor activities with her family and pets.
